How to Seal and Colour your HardieDeck™ decking

With wide gap-free boards and plenty of colours to choose from, HardieDeck™ makes a stunning floor for your outdoor room. Start by choosing a suitable sealer and finish that suits your deck design and application. For more information on suitability, application and care, please refer to the HardieDeck™ Sealing Guide.

The Coloured Look

Solid colours provide a sleek, modern look. Durable sealers can be tinted in a range of colours to suit your style and your home. Greys are the most popular HardieDeck™ colours so far. That’s not surprising, greys have been on trend as a house paint colour in recent years.

The Natural Concrete Look

A clear sealed HardieDeck™ can be attractive and durable. The subtle variation in colour and pattern achieves a raw, honest finish which provides character and, to some, an industrial appeal.

The Timber Look

A traditional timber finish can also be achieved with HardieDeck. It's more suitable for light-duty applications, for more information refer to the HardieDeck™ Sealing Guide.
